Délicieux et parfaitement balancé

Le café est noté comme Acidulé/Fruité, mais la torréfaction étant moyenne, le goût initial est vers le chocolat pour ensuite se diriger vers une finale subtile de rhubarbe et cerise. Excellent en espresso comme en latte.
