This exceptional Honey Process coffee will appeal primarily to fans of filter methods (Chemex, V60, or batch brew) and French press (Bodum). For espresso, you'll need a good grinder and master your extraction ratios to fully enjoy its elegant and complex aromas.

Upon cupping, we were transported back to our childhood with its fruit punch-like attack. On the finish, we detected an aroma of black plums.
Las Margaritas is a family-run farm located in the small mountain town of Santa Maria de Dota, in south-central Costa Rica. Producer Emmanuel Solis launched Las Margaritas in 2013 with the goal of producing high-quality coffees without the use of herbicides.
The cherries are carefully selected and sorted before the wet parchment is extracted with the "honey" intact. The coffee is placed on raised African beds for approximately 18 to 22 days, depending on weather conditions.
