Certified “Farmer Impact Fund” and “Verified Living Income,” Estrella comes from 126 small producers located in Nueva Segovia, particularly in the municipalities of Macuelizo, San Fernando, Mozonte and Jalapa.
This region, close to the border with Honduras, is part of the Cordillera de Dipilto Nature Reserve, a place rich in floral and faunal biodiversity. This biodiversity creates fertile ground for exceptional coffees. This year's harvest stands out as much for its aromatic richness as for its texture.
This coffee offers remarkable balance: it expresses notes of Toblerone, caramel, and dried fruit, while maintaining a rounded, delicate body. It is an exceptional coffee, both versatile and sophisticated, whether served as a smooth, chocolatey espresso or a smooth, balanced filter coffee.
