Inspired by Italy, the Medium Dark Blend is our only coffee to contain 25% Robusta, making it our most caffeinated blend. Sourced from the Indian highlands of Karnataka, Kaapi Royale Robusta boasts a very intense aroma. Characterized by very low acidity and a perfect balance between caramel flavor and a lingering dark chocolate finish. Here, it is blended with a classic Indonesian from the island of Sumatra, a Colombian, and an Ethiopian Harrar to create a perfectly balanced coffee that is delicious in a filter and very tasty in a cup of latte.
