We couldn't resist. We hit the gas after the first sip of this very high-altitude (2185-2300 m!! Huh?! Have you ever been that high?) ​​washed Ethiopian coffee. The second this coffee hit our palates, we knew we absolutely wanted it. We usually buy washed Ethiopian coffees with peach notes, but this one reminded us more of melon. Now we're melon addicts.

This coffee comes from the Ayele Tulu washing station in the Sidama region. It tastes like Montreal melon (a cross between honeydew and cantaloupe) with a mango-boosted texture and an iced tea finish. Damn, it's good. Say hello to this new Secret Sauce washed on your counter.
