Natural starmaya from Finca Chispa de Oro, farm of Quebecer Louis Ducharme, located in the Matagalpa region, Nicaragua.

On the nose, the berry aroma is remarkable and very distinctive. On the palate, depending on the type of infusion chosen, you will find notes of berries, vanilla, grapefruit, and black tea, with a vibrant acidity.

Interestingly, Starmaya is the first F1 hybrid variety to be propagated by seed. It has high resistance to coffee rust, high yield potential, and excellent quality potential.

Recommended preparation: espresso, pour-over.
