An incredible coffee from one of Mexico's finest farmers, Genoveva. She placed 10th in the 2019 Cup of Excellence but has earned top-notch credentials throughout her growing career. This coffee has character, yet is so balanced that it feels like it was precisely crafted to deliver just enough to bring out the flavors, but not too much to leave the coffee one-dimensional.
Loads of ripe plums and pineapple... an almost effervescent sensation, enveloped in a creamy, spicy body, reminiscent of champurrado. A truly incredible coffee to start the year.
