This coffee comes from Testi Specialty Coffee, a producer and exporter of Ethiopian coffees. It has a modern profile, but with a very subtle acidity, very reminiscent of tea. In espresso and pour-over, you can find a delicate complexity with notes of strawberry, black tea, and lemon.
