Bourbon, Caturra and Catuai washed from the Asociación de Productores de Café San Antonio (APROCSAA) with a more classic profile.
You'll find notes of orange, chocolate, and honey that are quite pronounced, while remaining well-balanced with a slight acidity on the palate. Milk really brings out the chocolate notes, while orange is prominent in espresso and pour-over preparations.
APROCSAA is composed of 67 producer-members of Mayan origin, specifically from the Quiché, Caqchiquel, and Tz'utujil ethnic groups. As such, the coffee is grown with great respect for the environment: from their organic certification to the trees that promote biodiversity of flora and fauna, to the controlled management of wastewater from the washed process.
Recommended preparation: espresso, pour-over, milk-based.
