TASTE
Caffeine addicts won't notice this is decaffeinated coffee, and those who want to avoid caffeine will doubt it's truly decaffeinated. With no chemical residue, it's decaffeinated using a natural process that uses ethyl acetate, which is derived from fermented cane sugar. This natural extraction process removes caffeine while preserving the coffee's aromatic compounds.
We were looking for something that tasted like a graham cracker and didn't have a decaf aftertaste. Not all coffees can withstand the decaffeination process and retain their flavor and aroma. This one was a big surprise for us.
