This coffee is one of the few truly successful decaf coffees. In fact, blindly tasting it, you can't tell it's decaffeinated. Sourced from the Cauca region of Colombia, this coffee is processed using the sugarcane process at the Descafecol factory. Local sugarcane and spring water are used to process the coffee.

This decaf coffee is relatively dark roasted. As an espresso, it has a silky body and chocolate notes. However, we also love it as a filter coffee, as it has a flavor profile with notes of dulce de leche and milk chocolate.
