Classic for us doesn't mean boring, quite the opposite. The Miracolo is our new classic. Our remix. Our interpretation of what a classic espresso should be. It's our way of saying, voilà! A coffee. A coffee that tastes like the idea of coffee, the memory of a good coffee, you know that time in Quebec City, it was cold, it was nice.
We made the Miracolo to remind ourselves why we love coffee, why we fell in love with this beverage in the first place. Add milk or not, but add love.
