We wanted to create a blend for Italian-style coffee lovers who want something robust, whether it's a full-bodied espresso, a large latte that retains its coffee flavor, or a filter that wakes you up nicely. To avoid the overdose of bitterness that this type of profile can cause, we use half and half coffee from Brazil and half from Central America.

The result is a surprising balance. Full-bodied without too much bitterness, a beautiful texture, a taste with many nuances, while retaining classic notes of toffee, roasted hazelnuts, and dark chocolate.
