We've pared down our blends to a minimum these days. It's a pretty tough job... making a GOOD blend that you want to drink again and again. Not to mention that the price of the average coffee is much higher today than it's ever been.

We found a few coffees that we thought would make a good blend. At Traffic, our goal is to find interesting coffees that are extraordinary in their own right, but often at odds with each other. This discord between them, however, can create an incredible harmony in the cup, which can only be described as delicious ambivalence. In a way, a beautiful disaster.
