A sublime organic coffee from a single small producer, a precious rarity in Ethiopia.

Mustefa Abakeno has set up a small laboratory on his farm and hired an agronomist to produce an exceptional light honey coffee (8-hour fermentation and drying on African beds). Located at an altitude of 2,040 meters near Agaro, his farm is home to local varieties from the Jimma research center. Mustefa has been selling his coffees without local intermediaries since 2018, ensuring exceptional traceability.

Superb as a pour-over but surprisingly delicious in espresso and latte. It features notes of strawberries, cantaloupe, and a floral complexity that perfectly reflects the care taken by the producer and the unusual process!
