In this box: 100g of Escape Bourbon Rose + 100g of Epoch Chemistry Geisha. Here's how to brew it:
Espresso:
50:50 blend, 1:1.5 ratio, lower pressure with long pre-infusion.
Milk-based drink:
66:33 blend (plus pink Bourbon), ratio 1:2.3, with 4 parts 2% lactose-free milk + 1 part 18% cream
Filtered:
Grind half with Lab Sweet burrs, the other half with High-Uniformity burrs. With low agitation, use high TDS water and a low bypass flat bottom brewer.
Advice from the bench:
The coffees are amazing with 80 MDT water.
Spice up your infusion with APAX LABS JAMM or LYLAC minerals.
Dairy-free? Try a 50/50 blend of freeze-dried oats and coconut milk.
