This blend was created based on years of espresso service in our cafes. We wanted to create a blend versatile enough to have a sweet, chocolatey taste on its own, as well as transform milk into chocolate ice cream. The majority of this blend is made from Sitio Colina, a naturally processed Brazil from a single farm lot. It's one of the sweetest and most flavorful Brazilian lots we've ever sampled. The remaining 25% is made up of Bilbao Washed Colombia, which gives this blend an overall Black Forest Gateau vibe.
