TASTE

When we launched the roastery in 2018, we wanted to create a flagship blend . An espresso blend that would be our best seller. After 10 years of selling other roasters' coffees in our branches, we knew what we wanted. We were looking for notes of caramelized nuts and milk chocolate. An espresso that was easy to love, without the
bitterness. Smooth, not too strong, slightly daring. As mainstream as it is thirdwave .

We can say mission accomplished, it's been our best seller for over 7 years!

You'll get a nice texture in the cup; it's created to give a lot of crema. The taste: a nutty attack, sweetness, and a chocolatey finish.

ORIGIN

This coffee is a blend of two origins: Colombia and Brazil. We work closely with both producers to achieve results that meet our expectations.

Colombian coffee gives us the typically sweet side. It comes from a Quebec grower who has a coffee farm in the Huila region.

Natural coffee from Brazil provides the texture for the crema, caramelized sugar, and chocolate. It's the farmer Jose Maria who provides us with his naturally dried beans. The same one who allowed us to offer you the harvest. For her .

ROASTING

This blend isn't dark roasted. We want to maintain complexity and rediscover the sweetness, without the smokiness or bitter cocoa.

It's a little more developed than our Harvest series coffees. Enough to make the coffee porous, for maximum texture gain.

TASTING

Specially designed for espresso, from a simple short shot to a large latte. This is Nektar Caféologue's regular coffee. The everyday coffee that allows you to start the day pleasantly energized.

It is also the coffee with which we make our famous cold brew recipe.

It's an easy blend to extract. You'll get a beautiful result no matter how good your machine is.
