With its fruity, chocolatey flavor, it's the perfect balance between acidity and roundness. A cup full of fruit and texture.
ORIGIN
This coffee is a blend of two coffees, the Brazilian from Jose Maria (the same as in La sève ) and the Wush Wush , our natural Ethiopian from the Harvest series.
ROASTING
Brazilian coffee is developed enough to give texture to the coffee. It's the one that gives us the nutty and chocolate notes. The Mundayo roast, on the other hand, is fruit-oriented while adding a touch of acidity.
TASTING
We designed this blend to create a fruity espresso with low acidity. A truly delicious drink, easy to extract, and accessible to all.
It is best enjoyed as an espresso with a touch of milk (cortado, macchiato, cappuccino), or as a long shot. It can also be enjoyed as a filter.
