TASTE
Indian Summer is a well-rounded, well-balanced coffee. Its slight hint of acidity gives it a pleasantly complex side.
The nougat flavor is very present. Its texture is honeyed and its finish is chocolatey and hazelnut.
A cup with an enveloping taste, a gentle awakening without any bitterness.
ROASTING
This is a blend that we leave clean. We don't roast it too dark to let its slight hint of acidity come out, without any smoky taste.
TASTING
This is our regular classic filter in Nektar Caféologue.
It is possible to add milk or sugar without it denaturing. Even when black, it will not taste smoky, burnt, or bitter.
This is an easy-to-extract coffee that will forgive settings that aren't perfectly executed.
It is also appreciated in espresso. Even if it will give less crema than The sap , its nougat taste is great.
