A blend of Brazilian Honey and Ethiopian coffee produced by Heleanna Georgalis. This coffee can be enjoyed as an espresso, a latte, or even a French press. True to Za's personality, Mystic is a mystery to be solved, a discovery of delicacy and subtlety. If you pay attention, you'll appreciate the tangerine notes that emerge after those of salted caramel and chocolate.

Recommended settings:

  • Amount of coffee in the cup: 16g of coffee per 250ml
  • Temperature: 200 F

Recommended settings for espresso:

  • Quantity of ground coffee: 18g
  • Amount of coffee in the cup: 36g
  • Extraction time: 28 seconds
